Add oil to pan on medium heat.
saute onions until tender.
add water , lentils, quinoa, parsley, salt , red pepper.
Cover , Let simmer for 20- 30 minutes,
once all liquid has evaporated, add agave stir for 30 - 45 seances to create a glazed thickness.
remove from heat and plate, enjoy.
2 cups lentils
2 cups quinoa
4 cups water (for boiling)
2 oz extra virgin olive oil
3 tbl sp sea salt
1/2 cup chopped parsely
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 1/2 oz agave
dash crushed red pepper (optional)
